Job Overview:
Senior Industrial Engineer is leadership role for Industrial Engineering Department under umbrella of Yard Engineering Operations.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Reports to Manager Yard Engineering
- Manage the operations of Industrial Engineering Department
- Supporting Yard Management in finding robust and sustainable solutions for industrial work process written and physical in Fabrication Yard
- Investigates, finds, proposes, implements and maintains solutions for improvements of industrial work process written and physical in Fabrication Yard
- Liaise with other Yard Functional Department in performing the tasks and responsibilities
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Industrial Engineering Degree or Industrial Management Degree or Engineering Bachelor’s degree of any discipline
- 5 Years experience on similar roles/department
- 3-5 Years experience may be considered where found suitable
- No less than 3 years' experience
- Possess Industrial Engineering Degree or Industrial Management Degree
- Possess Six Sigma and/or Kaizen and/or Lean qualifications/certifications
- Experienced in lead or managing similar Department
- Experienced in leading one of more improvement process projects is a plus
