Manage end to end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
Conduct new employee joining process such as contract (PKWT/PKWTT), orientation for the onboarding.
Maintain HR Record and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Manage attendance, leave, work contracts and any related documents.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsible for managing office facilities, including supervising the GA Team.
Implement disciplinary actions and provide counseling to employees who violate rules
Communicate management policies to employees
Monitor employee performance evaluations during the contract period
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in any field are welcome to apply (prefer graduation from Psychology/Law).
Having minimum 2 years of working experience as Human Resource Generalist.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good Administration Duties and Detail Oriented.
Acting to support (spirit) the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development etc.
Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee, and industrial relations (knowledge of labor laws), training and development, human resources information systems.
