Restaurant Supervisor
- Oversee daily operations in the restaurant, bar, or other F&B areas.
- Ensure compliance with quality and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service.
- Manage food and beverage inventory and ensure its availability.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and stock control.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management.
- Monitor sales and costs to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with chefs and management to develop and update the menu.
- Supervise the presentation of food and beverages to ensure it meets standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the workspace is clean and safe.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to boost sales.
- Organize and manage special events and F&B promotions.
Experience:
- F&B Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
