Job Description
- Ensure the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, room service, conferencing, and occasional residential catering are at a consistently high standard.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlet, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant, room service and conference areas are being completed.
- Work closely with the outlet chefs to ensure a seamless operation between front and back of house operations and a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, particularly as a manager in a high-end restaurant or hotel;
- Previous experience in managing staff and restaurant operations is essential;
- A genuine love for and interest in all thing's food and beverage!
