Job Description
Ensure the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, room service, conferencing, and occasional residential catering are at a consistently high standard.
Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlet, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant, room service and conference areas are being completed.
Work closely with the outlet chefs to ensure a seamless operation between front and back of house operations and a positive working environment.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, particularly as a manager in a high-end restaurant or hotel;
Previous experience in managing staff and restaurant operations is essential;
A genuine love for and interest in all thing's food and beverage!
