We are currently hiring for an experienced & qualified Restaurant Manager. You will be the first in command in the facilities to lead all aspects of our business. To be successful in this role, you'll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate daily operations both front and back of the house.
Deliver superior services and maximized customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, resolving issues diplomatically and courteously
Regularly review product quality and research new vendor.
Appraise employees performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Create detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Train new and current employees on proper customers service practices.
Maintain the standard restaurant presentation, Conducts daily inspections of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food & beverage handling and hygiene standards.
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Proven work experiences as a Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years in the similar role.
Excellent customer service experience.
Excellent time management skills.
Flexible schedule and able to stand for extended periods.
