Production Supervisor
- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards in spraying, painting, assembly, die casting, and plastic injection.
- Implement and monitor manufacturing processes in line with ISO, 5S, and K3 standards to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Manage machine operations, tools, molds, jigs, and fixtures to optimize production output.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in operational processes.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with production quality standards.
- Prepare production reports and provide feedback to upper management on team performance and production metrics.
- Minimum Diplomas Degree
- Experienced in the same position at least 2 years, especially in the field of toy manufacturing, automotive
- Understand about manufacturing, implementation of ISO, 5S and K3 standards
- Mastering the operational process of Decoration (spraying/painting), Assembly (Assembly), Die Cast, Plastic Injection (being an added value)
- Understand about injection molding, die casting and manufacturing process
- Understand production quality standards (Spraying/Painting/Assembly/Die Cast/Plastic Injection)
- Mastering machines, tools, molds, jig and fixtures
- Have a strong leadership spirit, able to work independently or as a team, target oriented, fast learner, proactive
- Able to speak English actively as an added value
- Willing to work in Batang, Central Java
