- Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline
- Previous manufacturing Engineering Supervisory experience from Plastics Part Supplier for Automotive or Electronic Manufacturing, and Rigid Packaging
- Experience in Continuous Improvement Systems/Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in FMEA, PPAP and other Engineering requirement activity
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand Engineering documents, Plastic Material Properties, Technical Standards and Design Specifications Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
- Proficiency skill in Auto CAD, Ms Office and other computer application Experience about ISO System and environment company with Certified 9001, 14001, 45001
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferable)
