Supervisor Production

General Duties
- Provide proper supervision to ensure all safety procedures and practices are strictly obeyed by all workers including PPE.
- Ensure all work areas and equipment are maintained in compliance with safety policy.
- Ensure all foremen & leading hands clearly understand their role and job requirements.
- Ensure good housekeeping is obeyed by all workers to provide a clean, safe and tidy work environment.
- Ensure ALL our subordinate are not taking long time smoking, talking, sitting during working hours.
- Promote QHSE programs such as Everyday Excellence and 3C (Connected, Capable and Cost-Efficient) to the subordinates.

Participate daily morning tool box meeting and Weekly/Bi-weekly safety meeting and weekly production review meeting.

Main Duties
- Delegate when required and monitor progress of assigned jobs to meet targeted project timelines.
- Prepare and plan manpower / equipment for project activities in advance.
- Understanding budget hours, spend hours, remaining hours with actual progress status KPI’s are.
- Ensure double work or standby time to minimize in the shop floor activities and report to superior and or Project Manager / Project Engineer immediately.
- Coordinate with Project team to ensure appropriate worker level.
- Ensure overtime requests are discussed with Project Manager and or Production and Planning Manager and are fully planned to ensure maximum productivity during over time hours.
- All work methods are within Work instruction and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). also need to follow project specific requirement and/or instruction.
- Required to work/understand with project client to ensure smooth running of project.
- Ensure adequate material and consumables are available for each project in advance to minimize lost time. If not available these on time, please take record and report to managers.
- Ensure the drawings are approved for construction before commencing work. Revision drawings take record and report to managers in case double work and/or re-fabrication.
- Confirm inspection points with QC and ensure QC are given adequate notice for inspection use specified IRN.
- Expedite QC to ensure inspections are performed without delaying the job.
- To report any unsafe act or condition to the immediate superior or HSE department and be role of model and perform report safety leadership in all our work area.
- Follow direction/instruction from Project Manager, Piping Manager and/or Production and Planning Manager.
- Ensure ALL our subordinate are aware all the Machined, Painted material, equipment do protection properly without damage/corrosion.
- Participate on time Training and or Meeting.
- Anticipate conflict our limited utilities facility equipment area concern with each Production supervisors and report to Facility Managers and/or Production and Planning Manager for final decision.
- In case bad weather during working hours, Production Supervisor do initiative make decision relocation work place or do inside work shop housekeeping ensure everyone working.
- Ensure daily time sheet number with assignment activities code are correct and confirmed by supervisor. And closely monitoring your subordinate FM/LH is fully understanding latest code requirement include WBS code etc.
- Do the Training non-compliances skilled subordinate, monitoring fabrication process compliance procedure and looking idea more efficiency work process proposes to Production and Planning manager or Project Manager for discussion.
- Ensure coordination between other trade SV’s be consistence and proactive in a timely manner also sharing look ahead demand etc.
- If Sub-contractors are used to work in Profab yard, to supervise/monitor their progress and quality, priority in order to meet our project schedule completion dates. In case having an issue between Sub-contractors’ quality, delivery, HSE, and housekeeping etc, immediately report to Project manager get solutions.
- Develop and propose to Production Team improved manufacturing techniques to improve productivity.
- Organize monthly Production meeting with Foreman / Leading hand topic jobs, lesson lean point, Quality issue, improvement matter through from management meeting ensure all the subordinate aware all the action, concerns.
- Record any failure, critical work sequence, or any founding of their job and together with production team to create a lesson learn document as a reference for any typical job in the future
- Attend the Safety Tool-box and report any unsafe act or condition to the immediate superior or HSE department and be role of model and perform proper safety leadership in his/her own area.
