- Min. D3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Ages between 25 - 30 years
- Experienced on steel manufacture min. 2 years
- Achieve daily target for Fitting line
- Ensure Production line runs smoothly based on planning
- Manage necessary resources (Manpower, raw materials, machine consumables, etc) to meet production targets
- Recommends efficiencies in production line whenever possible or necessary to Production Supervisor
- Create Red Tag for repair machine or equipment and inform to Maintenance Team
- Create Production report every shift
- Training new employee on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Monitor production, resolve issues and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and quality standard
- Report to Production Supervisor regarding to Safety, Quality and Productivity and other related issue
- Ensure implementation that 5S/5R guidelines are followed at all times
- Responsible to give hand over report to others leader shift
