- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly in the production of cups, bottles, or gallon containers.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of 5R principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Willingness to travel and be stationed at various production sites across Indonesia

- Responsible for the operation of plastic packaging machines.
- Responsible for the maintenance of production packaging machines.
- Lead the entire engineering team.
- Develop proposals for machine repair / procurement of parts / spare parts for packaging machines.
- Responsible for the efficiency of production packaging machines.
