Production Manager
Job Description:
- Prepare work based on job target set by Management.
- Checking and ensure all Activities in accordance with the production, quality, health, safety and human resources management, public facilities, environmental security and harmony of social situations with communities around the company.
- Delivery (CT and MT) of products conforming to the site’s Annual Plan respecting the economical performance and satisfying the customer requirements.
- Coherence of jobs / competencies with the current needs and to develop the responsibilities of the team including OR.
- Continuous performance improvement within the Service in line with the plans defined with the industrial direction while respecting Michelin Manufacturing Way approach.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering / Industrial Technique or equivalent.
- Work Experience at least 2 years as Head of Factory Manufacturing Industry or preferably rubber crumb industry.
- Knowledge of NR processing as a plus; 1-3 months specific training on NR value chain if no previous background.
- Skills: Factory Management, Budgeting, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Communications, Planning and Organizing.
