Ensuring that the execution of loading and unloading operations runs according to a predetermined plan and follows the company's work safety standards.
Prepare assignment schedules for loading and unloading activities and socialize them to related operators
Supervise the implementation of loading and unloading operational activities, and provide technical directions to operators in overcoming problems and/or following up
Ensure that the loading and unloading process runs in an orderly and orderly manner and fulfills K3LH provisions.
Coordinate with the harbormaster regarding the exchange of information (permission for ships to dock and sail) so that activities at the port can run smoothly
Identify potential damage/hazards during the operational process and carry out handling in accordance with established procedures, including coordinating with maintenance parties for handling problems in equipment.
Leading emergency response actions in the event of a critical condition that endangers the company's operations.
Ensure the cleanliness of heavy equipment in the work area of responsibility.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/DIV) of Nautical/Technical or held ANT III/ATT III. or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position or other similar industries.
Understanding about Stockpiling, Loading Management, Port Administration, Berthing
Understanding about Safety & Environment Management.
ISM & ISPS code implementation and Port operation.
Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan (roster system)
