The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility, personnel, and critical infrastructure. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the KHN project.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Lead and supervise security personnel, ensuring effective training, development, and performance management.
Coordinate and oversee emergency response plans, drills, and training exercises to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
Prepare and present regular security reports to senior management, outlining risks, incidents, and improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree of Security Management/ Law/ equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience as Security Manager
Experience in handling Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Protocol, Security Management in construction project/ Hydropower project
Good communication & leadershipp skill
Willing to be placed in Malinau (North Kalimantan) with roster based
