Job Description Summary :
Responsible for investigating the dynamics of ammonia (NH3) and methane (CH4) emissions from oil palm agricultural practices
Job Description :
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in investigating the dynamics of ammonia (NH3) and methane (CH4) emissions from oil palm agricultural practices. This research aims to quantify the emissions and identify and understand the factors influencing them. The candidate will engage in both field and laboratory work, collaborating with international project partners to contribute to the global effort to reduce air pollution.
Job Requirement :
- Hold a minimum Master's degree from a reputable University, preferably in agronomy, environmental science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and interest in addressing air pollution from agricultural practices.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with proficiency in programming languages such as R, Matlab, or Python, or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent collaborative teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when required.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to be placed in Libo main station, Kandis, Riau.
