Manage the necessary permits and legal documents required for the project, both new and renewals, such as IPR, site plans, building permits (IMB), master plans, ruislag, etc.
Monitor the land permit documentation process with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
Establish strong connections with local government representatives regarding the permitting process.
Plan and manage the permitting process for river normalization, relocation of village roads, and other related activities.
Oversee land parcels that are currently owned or will be acquired, ensuring they are properly documented and mapped.
Ensure the security of the company's land in Bali and Lombok to prevent unauthorized occupation by third parties.
Develop and supervise the implementation of a security system for each land ownership area.
Job Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, Social Politics, or Engineering.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in similar position.
