Permit & Security Section Head - BSD
Job Descriptions :
- Manage the necessary permits and legal documents required for the project, both new and renewals, such as IPR, site plans, building permits (IMB), master plans, ruislag, etc.
- Monitor the land permit documentation process with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Establish strong connections with local government representatives regarding the permitting process.
- Plan and manage the permitting process for river normalization, relocation of village roads, and other related activities.
- Oversee land parcels that are currently owned or will be acquired, ensuring they are properly documented and mapped.
- Ensure the security of the company's land in Bali and Lombok to prevent unauthorized occupation by third parties.
- Develop and supervise the implementation of a security system for each land ownership area.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, Social Politics, or Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in similar position.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
