Job Requirements:

Bahasa:
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business, or a related field.
- Certification: HSK 5 or HSK 6 required.
- Office Tools: Experienced in utilizing office software.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Translation and Interpretation: Provide accurate and high-quality translation of business documents, presentations, and correspondence from Indonesia to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Simultaneous Interpretation: Offer real-time interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and negotiations between executives and local counterparts.
- Cultural Bridging: Facilitate cross-cultural communication by understanding and respecting the cultural nuances of both Chinese and Indonesian business practices
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and translation of legal documents, contracts, and other formal agreements.
- Relationship Management: Support executives in building and maintaining relationships with local business partners, government officials, and other stakeholders.
