Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or property management.
Having background from an international hotel chain will be prioritized.
Fluent in English, with strong management skills and experience in international hotel chains.
Familiar with property management software, Excel, Word, and local hospitality regulations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff. Ensure properties are maintained in pristine condition through effective training and scheduling.
Oversee inventory levels and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring the timely supply of housekeeping and maintenance materials at cost-effective rates.
Manage online travel agency (OTA) listings, revenue, and budgets for the 12 lofts. Ensure operational costs are controlled while maintaining high-quality standards.
Oversee check-ins and check-outs, payment processing, and ensure that guests have a seamless and memorable stay.
Hire and train front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams ahead of the property's grand opening.
