Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to develop and monitor logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Analyze logistics costs and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Implement and optimize logistics processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics to management.
Lead, mentor, and train logistics team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably with a focus on financial analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management in logistics.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
