You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates in our headquarters as well as for our clients. Responsibilities
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Active search via Linkedin and other platforms
- Assist teams in screening resumes, conduct initial phone screens and schedule calls and interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure information is up to date and to keep track of open roles
- Set up and execute Employer Branding strategy in regards to all related formats and materials
- Set up and drive social media / other external channels and maintain our career website
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in recruiting and employer branding in tech startup company
- Generally 1-4 years of experience in recruitment related field
- Knowledge in Social Media and Google Analytics is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Data driven
