You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates in our headquarters as well as for our clients. Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
Active search via Linkedin and other platforms
Assist teams in screening resumes, conduct initial phone screens and schedule calls and interviews
Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure information is up to date and to keep track of open roles
Set up and execute Employer Branding strategy in regards to all related formats and materials
Set up and drive social media / other external channels and maintain our career website
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in recruiting and employer branding in tech startup company
Generally 1-4 years of experience in recruitment related field
Knowledge in Social Media and Google Analytics is an asset
Excellent communication skills
