Project Supervisor
Responsibility :
- Lead and supervise engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and management, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and any potential risks.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and project team members in their professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project supervision or management within the chemical engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
