Lease Staff - BSD
Job Descriptions:
- Implement administration related to leasing and promotional media with tenants according to the applicable SOPs.
- Distribute documents and letters according to the specified deadlines and to the correct recipients.
- Create a tenant database.
- Input employee overtime data and attendance for outsourced personnel.
- Compile a summary of toll, fuel, and parking expenses.
- Prepare and send reports in accordance with the specified quality and deadlines.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Any Major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Lease Staff.
- Good communication skills & English speaking are preferred.

Having a network with retail tenants.
- Able to work in a team & actively provide ideas to improve team performance.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
