Responsibilities:
- To lead the day to day activities of the receiving/shipping team
- Conduct training for operator on the skill required
- Ensure material correct number of pallet received from forwarder
- Ensure that proper housekeeping are being performed on the receiving area
- Report any discrepancy to Supervisor.
- Assist Supervisor to handle urgent parts required by production
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Min. Senior High School
- Proven experience as Substore Leader
- 1 year experience in SMT/PCBA
- Know MRP system, especially Navision is preferred
- Know Kitting part/material handler
