- To train employee on basic orientation and skill
- To maintain employee the training records
- To be able to perform classroom and on job training
- To be able to deliver training material to be understood by trainee
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Proven experience as production line leader
