Job Descriptions:

Collaborate with business units to understand their IT needs and translate these into project demands.
Assess and prioritize incoming project demands based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and business impact.
Develop and maintain a demand management framework to ensure consistent evaluation and prioritization of projects.
Facilitate, monitor, and report project demands and projects in the pipeline.
Lead and manage the Project Management Office, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
Develop and implement PMO processes, tools, and templates to improve project delivery and governance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within demand management and the PMO.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, demand management, or a related role.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar project management certification is preferred.
Proven experience managing large, complex project portfolios.
Strong understanding of IT governance, demand management frameworks, and project management methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and project management software.
Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
