IT Project Management Office Specialist - BSD
Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with business units to understand their IT needs and translate these into project demands.
- Assess and prioritize incoming project demands based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and business impact.
- Develop and maintain a demand management framework to ensure consistent evaluation and prioritization of projects.
- Facilitate, monitor, and report project demands and projects in the pipeline.
- Lead and manage the Project Management Office, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
- Develop and implement PMO processes, tools, and templates to improve project delivery and governance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within demand management and the PMO.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, demand management, or a related role.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Proven experience managing large, complex project portfolios.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, demand management frameworks, and project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and project management software.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
