As a General Affair Intern, you will support the daily operations and administrative tasks of the General Affairs department, ensuring the smooth functioning of office facilities and employee needs. You will gain hands-on experience in handling various administrative duties and assisting with internal processes. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and general facilities maintenance.
Help coordinate internal company events, meetings, and staff activities.
Support documentation, filing, and data entry related to General Affairs.
Assist in handling employee requests related to office needs, including maintenance and repair.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and equipment.
Assist in managing vehicle and asset administration.
Support the HRGA team with any other General Affairs-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Google workspace
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to commit to a 3–6-month internship program.
Prior experience in administration or office management (internship or volunteer work) is a plus but not required.
Interest in the fitness or wellness industry is a bonus.
