- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Mengerti tentang perpajakan Brevet A dan B
- Mampu bekerja dengan komputer (MS Office dan Internet)
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik, komunikatif, tegas dan berwibawa
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target
