INTERN
ERP Project Intern
- Prepare Data Templates: Create templates for historical financial data (3 years) to be uploaded into our ERP systems.
- Data Upload: Ensure proper data formatting and successfully upload the templates into the Net Suite system.
- Post-Upload Checks: Review and verify the accuracy of data after upload, troubleshooting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless data migration and provide status updates.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related program.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills (familiar with formulas, pivot tables, data handling).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite) is a plus
- Work Schedule: Able to commit to a hybrid work schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day remote).
- Availability: Able to start immediately or as soon as possible.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks.
- Not overloaded with academic commitments, allowing you to focus on the internship.
