Job Responsibilities

Coordinating engineering activities at power plant, including design, development, and testing power plant equipment so that power plant can operate effective, efficient, reliable and safe.

To carry out engineering activities including design, development and testing of power plant equipment so that power plant performance and reliability are well-maintained.

To analyse the problem solving related to power plant equipment performance so that power plant equipment can provide optimal performance.

Modifying power plant equipment to improve power plant performance.

Analyzing potential damage of power plant equipment and engineering the equipment so that it does not interfere with power plant operations.

Ensuring that maintenance and repair activities of power plant equipment have been carried out according to the defined plans to avoid repeated damage.

Managing company assets and ensuring that company assets are maximized for the benefit of the company.

Evaluate proposed budget for improvements and calculate projected profits so that the company's investments can be optimized.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Engineering, preferably from Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 4 years experience as Maintenance / Engineering Supervisor.
Have good knowledge about Maintenance Planning, Engineering Management, Asset Management, Contract Management, and Financial Planning & Budgeting.
Good command in English both verbal and written.
Good communication, coordination and time management skill
Willing to be based in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan
