Electrical Officer
Job Descriptions:
-
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of electrical maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set.
-
Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.
-
Ensure calibration is on schedule.
-
Make improvements by modifying equipment / electrical machinery.
-
Coordinate the implementation of the project related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set.
-
Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and Ensure Correction action is implemented if there is a deviation.
-
Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
-
Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
-
Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.
-
Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
-
Responsible for the development of employees in electrical section.
-
Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all electrical equipment / equipment and environmental hygiene (environment) in the work location.
-
Review, evaluate and submit daily reports, weekly and monthly sections to the dept. Head.
-
Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.
Qualifications:
-
At least a Bachelor's Degree, Electrical Engineering
-
At least 6 year of working experience as electrical in mining, automotive, manufacture industry
-
Hard skills: lubricant training; maintenance and repair training
-
Soft skills: Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint, Ms. Access; Database; SAP; Fleet Mex
-

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
-
Mengkoordinasikan dan memantau pelaksanaan pemeliharaan listrik agar selesai sesuai dengan waktu target dan hasil yang ditetapkan.
-
Memantau dan memastikan berjalannya pemeliharaan preventif serta pemeliharaan peralatan dan peralatan listrik yang ada.
-
Memastikan kalibrasi dilakukan sesuai jadwal.
-
Melakukan perbaikan dengan memodifikasi peralatan/mesin listrik.
-
Mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan proyek yang terkait dengan ruang lingkup bidang kerjanya agar sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan.
-
Memverifikasi pelaksanaan PRP dan Pembersihan Mendalam berjalan efektif, dan memastikan tindakan koreksi diimplementasikan jika ada penyimpangan.
-
Menjalankan Peraturan Keselamatan sesuai dengan kebijakan yang berlaku.
-
Bertanggung jawab atas disiplin bawahan.
-
Bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran dan ketepatan administrasi SAP.
-
Mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen mutu (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, sistem ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
-
Bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan karyawan di bagian listrik.
-
Bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga dan merawat semua peralatan/peralatan listrik dan kebersihan lingkungan di lokasi kerja.
-
Meninjau, mengevaluasi, dan mengajukan laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan kepada kepala departemen.
-
Menyarankan perbaikan (jika ada) terkait laporan dari petugas/mandor.
Kualifikasi:
-
S1 Jurusan Teknik Elektro.
-
Memiliki pengalaman kerja selama 6 tahun sebagai Electrician di industri pertambangan, otomotif, dan manufaktur.
-

Soft skills: Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint, Ms. Access; Database; SAP; Fleet Mex.

Penempatan di Refinery Lubuk Gaung, Dumai, Riau.
