Digital Investment Specialist
Job Descriptions:
Job Qualifications:
-
Plan and develop capital raise & capital strategy for investment opportunities in technology companies and align with the company goals.
- Conduct extensive due diligence, reference calls, interviewing the founding teams and checking financial models, including financial valuation and return analyses to support investment decisions.
- Assist in updating internal dashboard for monthly statistics sent by portfolio companies.
- Apply creative and critical thinking to identify and implement ways of increasing the efficiency of the organization’s investment and portfolio management processes.
- Maintain deal pipeline and source potential investments through a combination of both inbound and outbound work.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in investment banking, equity research, venture capital, management consultancy, corporate finance, business planning, etc. experience working in and with venture capital strongly preferred.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, sector and market research.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passionate about the local startup scene.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
