We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting post-sales administrative processes, such as order processing or handling complaints. Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication with customers via phone, email, or other platforms.
Provide solutions and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Support administrative sales processes, including order processing and managing customer data.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and provide constructive feedback.
Offer administrative support for sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English Literature, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Indonesian Citizenship – Based in Bali.
