Monitor, analyze, and report key indicators and results of influencer collaborations, compile influencer content resources, and complete periodic data reports, continuously optimizing placement combinations and frequencies to enhance overall dissemination effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth research on the Indonesian social media market and provide strategic feedback regarding target audiences and the competitive environment.
Search, Organize, and Optimized promotional events such as art exhibitions, bazar.
Develop and implement strategies to increase partner B2B retention and expand our services within existing partners.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to partners.
Qualifications:
Experienced in the field of public relations and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) specialist for at least 1 year.
Adaptable in maintaining performance levels under pressure or when facing changes or challenges in the workplace.
Capable of establishing collaboration with external media, journalists, and bloggers.
Experienced in collaborating with other brands, communities, and government entities.
Familiar with handling KOLs, influencers, and Brand Ambassadors.
Communicative and possesses a wide network of relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build strong cooperative relationships with influencers from diverse backgrounds.
Fluent in both Indonesian and English, both written and spoken, and proficient in using English as a working language.
Familiar with major social media platforms in Indonesia, understands internet content trends, and has a good aesthetic sense and ability to capture content trends.
Familiar with B2B sales processes and engagements.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communication, or Management.
Understanding of the fashion industry and branding.
