Support Commercial Manager to achieved monthly revenue target.
Able to understand for tendering, following up the Modules costing and billing to various clients.
Monitor and ensure the scopes of works are based on Commercial term offered during project.
Liaise with other internal department and with customers to ensure that the material or requirement meet with the specification and quotation.
Attend customer’s complaints and resolve conflict on contractual matters with customers.
Quote for work prices & invoice customers
Source qualified subcontractor/vendor to undertake the specific works that the yard unable to perform and ensure a fair chance given to all subcontractors or vendor.
Negotiate with subcontractor/vendor for competitive price and ensure the price complied with Yard standard rate.
Evaluate and monitoring the performance of subcontractor or vendor and monitor and evaluate the cost for the ongoing project.

To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard.
Possess a degree or diploma Naval Architectures, Mechanical engineering, Marine engineering or its equivalent.
At least 3 years’ experience in shipyard/offshore fabrication for module project.
Able to read, comprehend and review of engineering/constructions drawings.
Good working attitude and smart working.
Negotiation skills, financial knowledge.
Technical knowledge of ship building process and vessel specification.
Understanding of Commercial terms and conditions.
Ability to communicate/write in English and Indonesian language.
Excellent communications, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
