Job Descriptions :
- Develop an operating budget and set income targets for the clubhouse.
- Create a management activity plan for clubhouse operations.
- Provide subordinates with information on clubhouse management activities and related budgets to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Conduct operational evaluations, including briefings and training.
- Analyze operational reports for the clubhouse.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree from Any Major.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in Clubhouse.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
