Central Planner (Fixed-Term for 12 - 18 Months)

Multi Bintang Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Central Planner to oversee and manage our production planning on a temporary basis to backfill the incumbent who will be fully involved in a critical company project. You will plan the distribution requirement, cost optimalization for stock transfer, import planner, and gate keeper import and export process. Responsibilities:

Oversee the production and distribution planning to ensure all process are aligned with organizational objectives and demand satisfactions.
Gather and consolidate data of production and operational data to ensure accurate forecast and report.
Develop, monitor, and adjust production plan based on demand and resource availability from countable data using tools and software SAP, Futur Master, BCM, etc.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy, improve supplier performance, and align production plan to deliver cost saving to the business.
Supporting TPM activities in the plan pillar and actively contribute to decrease waste and achieve zero loss.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain role within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in SAP, Futur Master, BCM or a similar ERP system, and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high agility.
Experience in managing TPM activities, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Fluent in English in oral and written, full professional proficiency in communicating & presenting.
