Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Support the implementation of performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, psychology or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR business partner role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and drive change.
Proficient in HRIS systems
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
