Account Payables Manager (Fixed-Term for 18 Months)
Multi Bintang Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and manage the AP (Accounts Payable) process on a temporary basis during a critical company project.
You will lead a team, collaborate with internal departments, and ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. If you possess strong financial acumen, leadership experience, and are proficient in SAP, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Lead and develop a high-performing AP team, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
- Prepare and analyze AP reports and present findings to senior management.
- Drive process improvements using technology such as Power BI and data mining tools (Celonis).
- Support tax and treasury teams with cash flow forecasting and audits related to the Purchase-to-Pay (Pt P) process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role, with proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in managing AP modules, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
