Business Development Specialist
- Drive new business; create a sales strategy or business plan
- Research on competitors and beauty buying trends; includes online research and visiting industry events and other related beauty events.
- Coming up with business proposals and presenting them to potential partners
- Manage marketplace relationships and liaise with marketing on promotional opportunities
- Negotiate and close business deals with brands, distributors or any related party
- Organization and general upkeep of all new business documentation
- Manage and monitor team members performance and structure from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
- A minimum of 1-2 year working experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand market and expand sales channel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Willing to work ONSITE
