Business Development Representative (Blockchain/Crypto)
How will you be contributing? We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the Blockchain/Crypto/Fin Tech/Web3 industry. This role reports to the Business Development Leader. Prospecting and outbound lead generation ● Create and prioritize strategic target account lists with a focus in Indonesia and Malaysia. ● Research and identify potential clients through various online channels like Linked In Navigator, Twitter, Telegram groups, sales intelligence platforms and email outreach ● Attend marketing events (road shows, conferences, networking events) to build meaningful relationships and scope potential opportunities. ● Work closely with the Marketing team to organize and drive registrations for bi-monthly events/seminars to generate leads. ● Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts. ● Consistently meet or exceed monthly outreach targets. ● Be an active advocate for Chain Up Nurturing leads ● Devise compelling outreach campaigns and multi-channel outbound cadences Coordinate with the Marketing team to deliver timely insights to unlock opportunities in target accounts. ● Effective use of Salesforce and various in-house tools to manage your leads. ● Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead targets. Qualifying outbound and inbound leads ● Schedule appointments and engage in preliminary conversations with leads. ● Qualify leads to assess their fit for our products. ● Communicate the value proposition of our products effectively. ● Work closely with assigned Sales Representatives and generate sales qualified meetings for them. ● Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales qualified meeting targets. Gathering market intelligence ● Bring valuable insights back to the team to contribute to the overall market strategy ● Share best practices with BDRs around the world We want you ● Minimum 1-2 years business development experience (New Business Development, Key Account Planning/Strategy etc) ● Good knowledge of the Blockchain/Crypto/Fin Tech/Web3 industry in Asia/Indonesia ● Proven ability to prospect and generate leads through various channels ● Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills ● Excellent time management and organizational skills ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● A passion for exceeding expectations and achieving results ● Fluent in English and Tagalog ● Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
