What does the day-to-day look like?
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, and consolidate numbers from all team.
- Ensure accurate and complete financial data and dashboard.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement and implement strategies.
- Enhance the precision and reliability of data to ensure more accurate and dependable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve certain metrics.
- Addressing problems and giving insights & strategies of the business.
- Oversee and maintain the overall condition of the business.
- Identifying opportunities & problems to improve current business condition.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
- First experience gained in a Business/Finance/Data department preferable.
- Proficiency and experience in data analysis and data processing.
- Analytical Thinking - the ability to formulate and understand business issues, situations, or problems by breaking them down into smaller parts and analyzing them. Interpret data draw conclusions and provide focused guidance.
- Quality Awareness - Driven by the desire to identify, prioritize, and maintain standards to meet internal and external demands.
- Initiative and responsibility - Willingness to act proactively by identifying opportunities and anticipating changes.
- Understanding policies, procedures, and practices in the industry.
