Business Analyst Staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, objectives, and needs.
- Analyze complex business problems and provide data driven insights and solutions
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Collaborate with various departments to design solutions that meets business requirements.
- Create system and process models, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions
- Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency enhancements
- Assist in resolving issues and challenges that arise during project execution
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and project progress.
- Generate reports and dashborads to monitor KPIs and project metrics
- Develop test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet specified requirements
- Support the implementation of changes by providing documentation, training materials, and guidance to end-users.
- Educational background at least Bachelor Degree such as Business Administration, Management, Mathematics, Statistic, or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, process, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization
- Having experience in Microsoft Navision, would be preferable
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in relevant work sector
- Proficiency in data analysis in MS Office, Expert in Ms Excel is mandatory
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques, and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and data modelling would be advantage
- Fluent in english, both oral and written
