Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as : running restaurant services, supervised outlet team, and doing administration things (DSR, Inventory report, attendance report etc)
Oversee the execution of the work schedule and procedure as set by the Restaurant Manager
Completing overtime sheets for the department
Assist in training
Performing and managing other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role of a casual dining environment.
Key Knowledge of restaurant services within 7 days operations
Previous experience managing people and compliance and ensuing decisions are made following the practice.
