A natural body care brand based in Pecatu is looking for Admin Inventory & Warehouse to support sales and store daily operations. Job Description:
Receiving sales order, prepare quotations and following up orders to relevant parties - Accounting team to create invoice, and Warehouse for shipment.
Managing and recording stock in and out in warehouse.
Facilitating the distribution of stocks to each store, including Embun Natural shops, partner shops, and wholesalers.
Creating delivery orders for every stock out.
Monthly stock opname.
Create sales invoice.
Facilitating the purchase of raw materials and other inventory. Ensuring that all raw materials and bottles for production are always available for efficient production.
General administration for Company Documents and staff documents.
Requirements:
Graduated from Reputable University (S1 or D4)
Minimum of 1 years working experience as an admin,sales executive or accounting.
Problem solver. Have high cognitive & logical thinking ability to understand problems and self initiative to solve them.
Strong common sense, able to take initiative, and exercise independent judgment.
Detailed individual with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
Have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Bahasa.
Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
Responsible person with a positive attitude and possesses a high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills and tech literate.
