Pertanyaan Lamaran:
- Developing marketing strategies that are engaging to boost sales targets online and offline.
- Manage company's social media accounts & ecommerce channels.
- Strategy, plan, create, and execute engaging. daily content for social media.
- Developing campaigns & digital activations to increase brand awareness, promote the product and increase sales.
- Manage social media ads (campaign management and optimization, designing audience, testing the ads, managing ads budget, etc).
- Create partnership with influencers (KOL) or other parties to increase brand awareness & sales.
- Keep updated with the latest trends in social media and increase followers engagement.
- A great content creator, be it an engaging photo, simple design with Canva or entertaining reels & videos.
- Weekly and monthly data analysis for improvements.
- Minimum 1 year working experience as a social media specialist from an advertising agency or start-up.
- Able to do end to end social media management (strategy, content planning, creation, execution, analysis, and reporting).
- Great communication skill for Bahasa and English, both oral or written.
- Creative, independent, able to set strategy based on research and analysis.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Video Editing, and/or Photo Shooting is an advantage.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing.
- Have captivating copywriting skills.
- Experience in FB ads, IG ads, Google ads is a major plus.
- Experience in Google Analytic, FB Insight, is a major plus.
- Experience in planning posting and posting daily content.
- Having knowledge and experience on photography and graphic design is a major plus.
