CONTRACT
Account Support Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Store Visits: Conduct daily visits to a minimum of 14 offline stores and 40 online stores in accordance with the call plan.
- Effective Call: Ensure that effectiveness targets are met, with a focus on visiting 14 offline stores and 25 online stores each day.
- New Store Acquisition: Acquire at least 3 new stores per day to expand market presence and reach.
- Store Reactivation: Reactivate a minimum of 3 stores daily to drive store activity and increase transactions.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that all visited stores remain active and fully operational.
- Communication Management: Manage Whats App groups for Partners at levels 3 - 5 to foster effective communication and provide ongoing support.
- Training and Development: Conduct online training sessions twice a week to support and develop partners.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) is required.
- Preferably has experience in Sales or Marketing, particularly in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Must have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital tools for fieldwork and reporting.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate them effectively.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork, with the ability to conduct routine daily visits and manage online partner engagement.
- Must own a private vehicle and possess in-depth knowledge of the local city for efficient visit planning.
- Ability to prepare and present detailed reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
