Hi everyone!Atlas Beach Fest is founded by PT. Kreasi Bali Prima, we provide the experience of a unique atmosphere - beach club, culinary ground, lounges, and nightclub - professionally concepted. We are currently hiring an Account Payable.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an accounts payable or accounting role
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate payment information.
- Prepare and process electronic payments, including ACH transfers and wire transfers.
- Review and reconcile monthly statements from vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
