**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Take accurate food and drink orders using order slips or a POS system.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and set up for new guests.
- Process payments and provide accurate change.
- Address guest queries and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff.
- Follow all relevant health department regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
