Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales and marketing activities
- Effectively communicate product and service offerings to potential clients
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries
- Conduct telemarketing and follow-up calls to generate leads and close sales
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve targets
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns as needed
- Graduation is the minimum qualification
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Prior experience in sales & marketing telecalling is required
- Strong verbal communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
