Job Summary:
As a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve clear communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service.
- Document call details and customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as necessary.
- 10+2 or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Fresher or Proven experience in a voice-based customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate voice.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Graduates of (2021-2024) can only apply.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent English communications.
