- Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Ensure accurate transaction processing and daily cash reconciliation.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively.
- Maintain product knowledge and assist with merchandising and inventory.
- Manage checkout lines and maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training programs.
- Submit accurate sales reports and provide customer feedback.
- Experience in retail sales and cashier roles, particularly in clothing.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- E-commerce experience focused on clothing stores.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
